您好,感谢您使用微牛。

微牛(美股)账户的所有持有者都需向微牛提供有效身份证明文件,例如:美国驾照,护照,美国绿卡,美国州身份证件,美国签证,以及美国社会安全号码(SSN)或美国个人纳税人识别号(ITIN)。

由于您的账户缺少以上重要信息,因此您收到了这封邮件。您可通过微牛app内帮助中心,将以下3个信息发给微牛进行校验:

1. 美国社会安全号码(SSN)或美国个人纳税人识别号(ITIN)照片

2. 美国身份证件照片(美国驾照,护照,美国绿卡,美国签证,美国州身份证件,其中任一)

3. 美国居住地址

2024年1月12日开始,直至微牛收到并验证所需文件,您的微牛(美股)账户将会被限制入金和建仓。如您无法提供以上文件,很遗憾微牛将无法继续为您服务,以下流程将会触发:

1. 请在2024年1月14日之前,将您账户内的持仓平仓并出金。

2. 2024年1月15日,您账户内的持仓将会被强制平仓。

3. 自2024年1月22日开始,微牛将尝试通过美国自动清算中心(ACH)将您账户内的所有资金转移至您绑定的银行账户。

4. 如果ACH处理失败,微牛将向您开户时登记的邮寄地址邮寄一张实体支票。

5. 2024年1月24日,您的账户将会被关闭。

Dear Valued Client,

All account holders at Webull Financial LLC are required to provide us with identification documents, such as copies of your driver's license, passport, permanent resident card, state ID, or visa, as well as a valid social security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). You are receiving this email because your account is missing this important information. In order to keep your Webull account in good standing, please send us photos of your SSN or TIN card and your identification document through the in-app help center for verification and update your residential address on file to a U.S. based address. Further, please update the bank account information linked to your account.

Beginning January 12, 2024, you will be restricted from depositing new funds and opening new positions in your account until we receive and verify the required documentation. If you are unable to provide these documents, you cannot continue as a client of Webull Financial LLC. In that case, please transfer all of the assets in your account to another broker or close your positions and withdraw all proceeds before January 14, 2024. Any open positions in your account as of January 15, 2024, will be liquidated. Beginning January 22, 2024, Webull will attempt to transfer any funds in your account via ACH to the bank account linked to your account. In the event that ACH cannot be processed, Webull will mail a physical check to your address on file and your account will be closed on January 24, 2024.
